AI for video production companies

THE OFFICE RUNS WHILE YOU ARE ON SET.

Not the footage. The part of the job nobody got into this business for.

Book a call

What if the contract wrote itself from the client's first call?

You get off a discovery call. Before you have poured a coffee, the contract is in your inbox, in your words, with the scope they described, the dates they mentioned and your rates filled in. You read it, fix one line, send it. The client signs, and the production folder, the calendar holds and the first invoice exist before you have told anyone.

That is one system. It runs at Moonshine Media Group today. It is not a template and it is not a chatbot. It is a small piece of software that knows how your company works, because you built it.

And then the rest of the office.

Once the first one runs, the next ones are obvious. These are the ones video people build.

  • What if you walked into every client call already knowing who they are?

When someone books a call, an agent checks whether you have spoken before. If not, it reads everything public about them, writes a short briefing, turns it into a voice note and drops it in your calendar fifteen minutes before the meeting. Click, listen, walk in ready.

  • What if the call sheet, the permits and the follow-ups went out without you?

The shoot date lands, and the call sheet drafts itself from the crew list. The permit forms fill in from the location. The day after delivery, the follow-up goes out, and the one after that, until the client answers.

  • What if your website kept adding pages while you were in the edit?

Showing up on Google takes dozens of pages, and no builder lets you write them. A site you own can keep growing: every project becomes a page, every question a client asks becomes an answer.

  • What if you got one message every morning that told you the whole day?

What is due, who has not paid, who has not answered, which shoot is at risk. One text. The rest of the morning is yours.

When I talk to other video people about AI, they go straight to generated footage. That is the smallest part of it. The money and the hours are in the office: the contracts, the scheduling, the chasing, the briefing. I did not learn this from a course. I built it because I was tired of doing it, and now I teach it.

How it gets built.

One-on-one, on Zoom, twelve weekly sessions, $5,000, after a free call. The first session finds the thing: your most tedious task, the one you would pay to never do again. The second and third set you up and build it, running in your own accounts, owned by you. The rest build the next ones and teach you to keep going without me.

You do not need to be a programmer. I am not one. You need to know your own business, and video people know theirs better than anyone.

Free.

The first call costs nothing. Bring your most tedious task. We find out together whether this is for you.
